Hi. I’m Ruth Tam, a home baker and cookbook author. This newsletter is an extension of my recipe blog Cook Til Delicious, which I started in 2015 to chronicle my newfound baking obsession. Since then, I’ve written a cookbook, named one of 2020’s top cookbooks by the National Post, and had my recipes featured in publications such as Bake from Scratch and The Kitchn. I’m a native of Seattle, WA, but currently live in the Toronto area with my husband and four small children.
