Love the recipe! We went blueberry picking on Sat and will go again on Friday! Will definitely try this recipe, almond paste in the streusel sounds delicious!

Hi! The size I used here (and most often) is a standard 9" (not deep dish; I think it's about 1.5" deep). My favorite is the USA Pan one: https://amzn.to/3rA350k.

Hi! I have tried it using half frozen berries (using the frozen ones for the cooked part) and it worked fine. I haven't tried it with all frozen berries. I think it should probably work though the final texture will probably be more jammy/homogenous rather than having the pops of freshness.
